About Hans and Jo Construction

For over 40 years Hans and Jo Construction Ltd. has been building single-family homes with top quality materials and solid craftsmanship. Our first custom home was built on Boucher Crescent in Manotick in 1976. Since then we have built a solid reputation for excellence and client satisfaction in the Manotick, North Gower, Greely, Kemptville and Ottawa areas.

We are a small family-owned building company, now run by Hans’ son Michael as a second generation builder. In addition to new houses, we do renovations, additions and maintenance with the same high quality standards. We can turn your dream into reality.

In 2011 a roll-off dumpster/bin rental was added, handy for our jobsites, but when not in use available for renting out. We offer reliable, efficient and professional dumpster rental with same day drop-off and/or pick-up service. We are fully insured and properly licensed through the Ministry of Environment.
